LOIS BIVOLCIC 

Dec. 8 at 8:26 p.m. / Police arrested Lois Bivolcic, 65, of Española in Española on an outstanding Municipal Court warrant. 

QING MIAO 

Dec. 10 at 9:18 p.m. / Police arrested Qing Miao, 58, of Los Alamos in Los Alamos on an outstanding Municipal Court warrant.
