The following information is provided by the Los Alamos Police Department.

Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

GLORIA ORTIZ

Dec. 4 at 9:23 a.m. / Police arrested Gloria Ortiz, 53, of Santa Fe near Diamond Drive and Range Road and charged her with operating a vehicle under the influence of intoxicating liquor.

Dec. 4 at 4:30 p.m. / A 12-year-old Espanola boy reported that he was battered on Hawk Drive.

 

NEVEN FARQUHAR

Dec. 5 at 10:25 a.m. / Police arrested Neven Farquhar, 19, of Los Alamos on Trinity Drive on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.

Dec. 5 at 1:44 p.m. / Police responded to a report of criminal sexual penetration of a 5-year-old girl on San Ildefonso Road. The matter is under investigation.

Dec. 5 at 3:56 p.m. / A 28-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone used his credit card on Orange Street without permission to obtain $300.

Dec. 6 at 1:36 p.m. / A 63-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone damaged her property on Estante Way. The estimated loss is more than $1,000.

TERRANCE STECK

Dec. 6 at 6:58 p.m. / Police arrested Kayla Martinez, 22, of Espanola on Trinity Drive on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant. Police booking photo is not available.

Dec. 6 at 7:16 p.m. / Police arrested Terrance Steck, 28, of Los Alamos near Diamond Drive and Range Road and charged him with aggravated DWI: Refusal to submit to chemical testing.

Dec. 6 at 7:40 p.m. / A 61-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone damaged her property on Agate Street. The estimated loss is less than $1,000.

Dec. 9 at 8:38 a.m. / A 33-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he is the victim of larceny on Joya Loop. The estimated loss is under $250.

Dec. 9 at 4:38 p.m. / A 24-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he is the victim of larceny on North Road. The estimated loss is under $2,500.

Dec. 10 at 3:45 p.m. / A 39-year-old Espanola man reported that someone burglarized his vehicle parked on Central Avenue. The estimated loss is unknown.
