The following information is provided by the Los Alamos Police Department.

Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

Dec. 27 at 1:10 p.m. / A 60-year-old Bethesda, Md., man reported being the victim of a traffic accident with injuries near 20th Street and Central Avenue.

Dec. 28 at 7:44 p.m. / A 25-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone burglarized her car parked on Capulin Road. The estimated loss is unknown.

BENJAMIN HERMAN

Dec. 29 at 11:34 a.m. / Police arrested Benjamin Herman, 40, of Chamisal on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.

TYLER BONE

Dec. 29 at 5:53 p.m. / Police arrested Tyler Bone, 46, of Los Alamos at 751 Trinity Dr., and charged him with aggravated DWI: Blood Alcohol Content of .16 or more.

Dec. 30 at 2:48 p.m. / Police charged a 15-year-old Los Alamos boy on Trinity Drive with criminal sexual contact of a minor resulting in injury and referred him to the juvenile probation officer.

Dec. 31 at 9:10 a.m. / Police responded to a call on an unattended death of a 90-year-old man on Rover Boulevard. Foul play is not suspected.
