Los Alamos Police Blotter: Dec. 13 to Dec. 19, 2012

The following information is provided by the Los Alamos Police Department.

Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

Dec. 13 at 12:52 a.m. / Police arrested Jordan Agoyo, 24, of Santa Fe on an outstanding Magistrate Court Warrant. No photo available.

Dec. 13 at 10:50 a.m., / Police charged a 16-year-old El Rancho boy with possession of drug paraphernalia at Los Alamos High School. Police referred him to the juvenile probation officer and released him to his parents.

SAMANTHA DUTRA

Dec. 13 at 8:07 p.m. / Police arrested Samantha Dutra, 33, of Los Alamos in the 1700 block of Central Avenue on an outstanding warrant from out of state.

Dec. 14 at 2:23 p.m./ Police charged a 16-year-old El Rancho boy with criminal trespass at Los Alamos High School, referred him to the juvenile probation officer and released him to his parents.

WILLIAM VONHARDERS

Dec. 14 at 5:01 p.m. / Police arrested William Vonharders, 36, of Los Alamos in the 3700 block of Arkansas Avenue and charged him with aggravated DUI.

Dec. 15 at 7:38 p.m. / An 18-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone burglarized his vehicle parked in the 600 block of Meadow Lane. The estimated loss is unknown

ROBERTO ROYBAL

Dec. 17 at 10:50 p.m. / Police arrested Roberto Roybal, 27, of Embudo at the jail and charged him with having an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.

 

 

 

JESSE STERBA

Dec. 18 at 12:05 p.m. / Police arrested Jesse Sterba, 28, of Hobbs at the jail and charged him with having an outstanding District Court Warrant. 

Dec. 19 at 4:40 a.m. / A 37-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he was assaulted in the 3700 block of Alabama Street.

 

PETER BLOSSOM

Dec. 19 at 5:39 a.m. / Police arrested Peter Blossom, 37, of Los Alamos in the 3700 block of Alabama Street and charged him with aggravated assault. 

 

 

MICHELLE PINKERTON

Dec. 19 at 8:24 a.m. / Police arrested Michele Pinkerton, 34, of Los Alamos in the 2300 block of Diamond Drive and charged her with driving while her license was suspended or revoked.

Dec. 19 at 2:07 p.m. / Police charged a 13-year-old Jemez Springs boy with the unlawful carrying of a deadly weapon (knife) on school property at Los Alamos Middle School, referred him to the juvenile probation officer and released him to his parents.
