Los Alamos Nature Center Open MLK Holiday Weekend

This weekend is a great time to enjoy nature, and the Los Alamos Nature Center can help. The nature center will be open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Martin Luther King Jr. Day. 
 
This is a great day to visit the animals, use the Los Alamos Trails App to find a fun hike, pick up a Passport to the Pajarito Plateau prizes, or build great memories with family and friends in the Satch and George Cowan Children’s Discovery Area.

The Los Alamos Nature Center is open holidays except: Thursday holidays, Jan. 1, July 4 and Dec. 24 and Dec. 25. The nature center’s regular hours of operation are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday; 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. The nature center is closed Thursdays.
