Los Alamos National Bank Offers Reward For Information On Bank Robber Of White Rock Branch

WHITE ROCK – Los Alamos National Bank is offering a reward of up to $4,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the man who robbed the White Rock branch on Nov. 21, 2017.

The FBI is offering its own reward of up to $1,000, bringing the total amount of the available reward to $5,000.

Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI at 505.889.1300 or submit tips online at: tips.fbi.gov. Please do not contact the bank.

According to the FBI, the suspect was described as male, approximately 5’10” to 6′ tall, with a thin build. He wore a dark hooded jacket, a dark baseball cap, and his face was covered.

At approximately 11:50 a.m., the suspect entered the bank located at 77 Rover Blvd. and displayed a handgun.  He demanded money from a teller, who handed over an undisclosed amount of money to the suspect. The suspect then left the bank.

The public is cautioned not to approach the suspect, but immediately call the FBI or 911 if he is spotted.
