SPORTS News:

The Los Alamos Hockey Association’s Bantams won the 18th Annual Coyote Classic Tournament held March 10-12 in Taos.

The Bantams beat other New Mexico teams as well as teams from Arvada, Colo., and Fort Worth, Texas.

The Bantams team is comprised of athletes ages 12-14 and many on the team have been playing together since they were 5 years old and have participated in the Coyote Classic for more than six years. This is the first time they’ve won the Coyote Classic.
