Last week, golfers began checking in for their tee times, hitting balls and transacting other business at the new Golf Course Community Building.
Other parts of the building are still closed while County staff work on tenant improvements for Pajarito Golf Group, LLC, the new Food and Beverage vendor whose lease is set to begin in early November. Pajarito Golf Group is expected to begin actual operations this winter.
“We’re excited to be in the new golf shop serving golfers and giving residents the opportunity to see the new building,” Facilities Manager Steve Wickliffe said. “We believe everyone will be pleased with the layout of the golf shop and the tremendous upgrade the County has made to this portion of the golf facility.”
