The practice range at the Los Alamos County Golf Course will officially open Saturday, March 8.

The practice range will be available for use during the following hours:

• March 8 – 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; and
• March 9 and going forward, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

The putting green will also be open beginning March 8.

Note: The new short game practice area and the new chipping green will not be open until further notice.

Additionally, the full 18-hole course is scheduled to have a soft opening March 22 and March 23,  with the full opening for the season beginning March 29.

As the golf season quickly approaches, now is the perfect time to purchase a Season Pass. Get ahead of the game and secure ones today to take full advantage of the upcoming season.

The staff said they are looking forward to welcoming golfers back to the Los Alamos County Golf Course.
