Los Alamos MainStreet News:

The Los Alamos Farmer’s Market is introducing a trial Saturday market in the Justice Center Parking Lot through this September, complementing the traditional Thursday markets that take place at the Mesa Public Library parking lot.

The new Saturday market is 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Saturday through September, with the exception of Los Alamos County Fair and Rodeo Weekend.

The traditional Los Alamos Farmer’s Market continues 7 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. each Thursday in the Mesa Public Library Parking Lot in Los Alamos, May through October, along with several Winter Markets taking place January to April inside Fuller Lodge.

If the Saturday markets do well, there may be discussion of a permanent schedule to reflect the second market day.
