Each week I am going to put a recipe in this newsletter, If you have a great recipe and would like to share it please send them to me at email@example.com.
This week’s recipe:
Lamb sauce: in a sauce pan brown 5 cloves of garlic minced, add ½ cup ketchup, a touch of soy sauce and lots of black pepper, and chile. Reduce for five minutes on low, set aside. Cook 4 lamb chops in the broiler for 3 to 5 minutes on each side and top with sauce the last minute. Serve in a bed of brown rice with a vegetable and spinach salad.
