The estimated time that the website will be restored is unknown at this time, according to county officials.

Customer Care Center representatives indicate that citizens attempting to pay a utility bill on the County website may instead make a payment at https://ladpu.com/Paymentus.

Department of Public Utilities customers will be prompted to provide the Account and Customer ID numbers.
