According to research from SmartAsset, a financial technology company, Los Alamos County residents are receiving among the highest annual Social Security payments in New Mexico.
The research is a key factor in SmartAsset’s second annual study on Social Security, which also includes cost of living data and taxes as factors in addition to the annual payments.
