Los Alamos County Library System Checkout History

LIBRARY News:

Welcome to the second in a series of stories outlining tips and tricks for using the new Library catalog, Checkout history.

Checkout history is a feature that allows you to save a list of everything that you check out from the library. The system will start saving this list AFTER you set this up. Anything that you checked out before you started saving your history will NOT be on the list.

To set up your checkout history:
  • Log in to your account and click on the My Account link.
  • Under the Personal Information tab choose Preferences
  • Check the boxes for Show my checkout history & Record my checkout history
  • You can stop saving your reading history by unchecking the same boxes.

Note: Interlibrary loan items and digital checkouts are not recorded in checkout history.

If you are struggling with the new catalog we are happy to help. Just ask at any of the service desks or call 505.662.8253 to schedule a longer, in depth training session.
