Los Alamos County Assessor Ken Milder Provides Residents With Paperless Option For Obtaining Notice Of Value

COUNTY News:

Notices of Property Value (NOV) were mailed March 31, 2021. This notice informing residents of the current ownership, legal description, applicable exemptions, and valuation assigned to their property for taxation purposes is now available in a paperless option through eNotices Online.

Using this service is convenient, easy to use and completely optional. To register to receive future Notices of Value electronically, simply visit eNotices Online at enoticesonline.com. Here residents will be asked to provide the confirmation number provided with their most recent Notice of Value. 

Once registered, all future NOVs will be sent electronically. Residents can remove this option if they choose to receive paper notices in the future.
