Los Alamos Athletic Directors Honored At Conference

LAPS News:

Los Alamos Public Schools athletic directors attended the New Mexico Activities Association (NMAA) and the New Mexico Athletic Directors Association (NMADA) Fall Conference last weekend in Albuquerque and received three prestigious awards.

Los Alamos Middle School Athletic Director Daren Jones received NMADA’s award for the New Mexico Middle School Athletic Director of the Year;

Los Alamos High School received NMAA’s 2nd place award in Class 4A for the Directors Cup for the 2018-19 school year; and

LAHS Athletic Director Ann Stewart received the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association’s State Award of Merit. 

“It’s an honor to be recognized by our colleagues for our commitment to our profession and the work that we do,” Stewart said.
