A team of 14 Los Alamos High School students are spending their spare time creating a robot that can shoot a basketball.

The three girls and 11 boys are working with 10 adult mentors in facilities at UNM-Los Alamos.

The team intends to enter their robot in the “Rebound Rumble” at the “FIRST Robotics Competition” in Salt Lake City, Utah.
