Sirphey, the Los Alamos food-tech company that brings global flavors to your fingertips, is now adding even more diversity to its talent pool. Beginning Oct. 29, Sirphey will be introducing Saturday operations with its newest chef, David Sundberg! Drawing from his experience across Europe and the United States – including some of New Mexico’s most popular restaurants — his menus will highlight the flavors of Continental/European and Southwestern Cuisine.
From Poisson en Pappiote and Pork Schnitzel to Tequila-Lime Grilled Chicken and Harvest Vegetable Bisque, Chef Sundberg’s creations should have everyone’s taste buds singing. Chef Sundberg’s passion for sustainably and locally sourced ingredients, eco-friendly policies, and giving back to the community make him a perfect addition to the Sirphey team. And he even donates his time and delectable cooking, each year, to Camp Corazones, one of Sirphey’s partnered nonprofits and an organization that works with children and families affected by HIV.
