Lobo Hockey Hosts Los Alamos Nuclear Shootout

The University of New Mexico Hockey Team, the Lobos, hosted the Second Annual Los Alamos Nuclear Shootout played last weekend at the County Ice Rink. Teams from Texas, Arizona and Missouri played in the round robin two-day tournament. The Lobos went 2-2 in the tournament with Dallas Baptist taking home the trophy. Four former Los Alamos hockey players played on the Lobo Team, #12 Isaac Dunwoody, #28 Jacob Dunwoody, #39 Sam Fisher and #71 Jared Carnes. Carnes takes a shot at the Dallas Baptist goal in the second meeting of these two teams. He had a goal in the first game with Dallas Baptist and two assists against Missouri State.
