‘Little Shops’ Pop-Up Discussed At Chamber Breakfast

During the Chamber Breakfast this morning at UNM-LA, Diana Martinez of the Family YMCA explains how the ‘Little Shops’ Pop-Up idea came together. ‘Little Shops’ Pop-Up is a connected gathering place for small-business startups, hobbyists and food vendors to sell products and services under one roof with flexible options for renting small-enclosed spaces, stalls, booths or tables. Martinez said the idea is to not only give the public a place to congregate and socialize but also to offer small business owners an affordable space to rent. The first ‘Little Shops’ Pop-Up will be available to shoppers Nov. 30 and Dec. 7 at the YMCA on Iris Street. Photo by KayLinda Crawford/ladailypost.com
