This lean startup workshop, brought to you by the Regional Development Corporation (RDC)and facilitated by ABQid, provides an introduction for aspiring entrepreneurs to the Business Model Canvas and an overview of the Lean Startup methodology, with a particular focus on customer validation: do people want to buy what you’re selling?

Lean Startup methodology favors experimentation over elaborate planning, customer feedback over intuition and iterative design over traditional “big design up front” development. This approach helps new ventures launch products that customers actually want far more quickly and cheaply than traditional methods and with less risk.

Whether you are a startup preparing to apply for next spring’s round of Venture Acceleration Fund (VAF)funding, or simply want to learn more lean startup methodology, don’t miss this opportunity!
