Santa Fe based Certified Life Coach Lisa Etzel specializes in transformative and executive coaching. She helps her clients navigate change, whether it is a matter of finding their true values, clarifying their goals, or coping with changes in their situation.

“Change challenges us,” Etzel said. “Our stress levels keep rising. Sometimes it’s good to have someone in the passenger seat to help with the journey.”

In addition to a board certification for executive coaching (BCC), Etzel is a  Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). She received a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Commerce from Daniel Webster College and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University.

“My years of experience as a psychotherapist has given me all the skills and tools I need to be a successful executive coach. In 2002, I started my own private practice, which I have been running for the last 15 years,” she said.

Etzel also has a background in business.

“These two different professional backgrounds give me the tools I need to coach accomplished executives, professionals, artists, female pioneers, business owners and entrepreneurs,” Etzel said.

“My direct and supportive style encourages clients to explore their limiting beliefs so they can uncover their true self,” Etzel said. “When the client becomes aware of their true self, their values and goals become clear. I coach my clients to develop self-leadership skills that enable them to live confident goal-driven balanced lives.”

“I tell my clients, this is about you and what you want,” Etzel said. “When you’re stuck, I’ll be beside you to keep you on track.

Etzel begins working with a client with a complimentary 60 minute session designed to explore the person’s goals and see if Etzel and the client are a good fit. Clients sign a six-month contract. It’s necessary to allow enough time for the process Etzel said.

Coaching takes place on the phone or via Skype of FaceTime three times a month and are 60 minutes in length.

“It’s exciting to be part of someone’s journey,” Etzel said. “It’s an honor.”
