Library System: Tips For Using New Catalog


Welcome to the sixth in a series of posts outlining tips and tricks for using the new Library catalog.

White Rock Branch Library will be closed next week for the big move to the new building. Concerned about getting your White Rock holds during the closure? Don’t worry! We will be holding White Rock items for pickup at Mesa during the transition. You also can change the location where you want to pick up your hold. It’s easy:

  • Log in to the catalog and go to My Account.
  • Select the Holds tab.
  • Click the checkbox(es) next to the item(s) you wish to change.
  • Click the green Edit Pickup Location(s) button.
  • In the pop up box, use the drop down menu to choose a pickup library: Mesa or White Rock.
  • Click Change.

The box should show you a success message when you are done. This change can only be applied to holds that are still unavailable. If your hold has already been filled, call the library for more information: 505.662.8250.
