Letter To The Editor: Thank You From The Mullins

Los Alamos
We would like to take this opportunity to THANK everyone who came out to the Relay for Life on Friday night and supported Team “HOPE” with our fundraising efforts to benefit the American Cancer Society.
The dunk tank was a huge success and we raised over $400, which went directly to the American Cancer Society. It was wonderful to have so many AMAZING people come together to raise money and awareness for this important cause.

Below is a list of people we would like to THANK:
  • LAPD (Chief Dino Sgambellone, Cmdr. Oliver Morris and his wife Katari and Sgt. Chris Ross)
  • LAFD (Chief Troy Hughes, Deputy Chief Justin Grider and Battalion Chief Ben Stone)
  • Valynn Purvis of Party To Go for the use of the dunk tank
  • High Mesa Dental Arts who was a huge contributor to Team “HOPE”, as well as providing the give-aways at our booth
  • Spike and Donna Jones for the use of their RV
  • The members of Team “HOPE”:
    • Hope and Joe Jaramillo (and of course their amazing girls and friends)
    • Tad and Heather Hughs
    • Donna Crook-Jones
    • Debra Graves
    • Heather,David and Paige Patterson of Dave’s Sports Barbershop
    • Marna Riedel
    • Nicholas Knecht
None of this would have been possible without the above mentioned people. We are forever grateful to all of you for your amazing efforts in helping to raise money, helping with the booth and walking during the event.
All of you hold a special place in our hearts.
