Letter addressed to Los Alamos businesses:

Recently the Los Alamos County Council received a request from our NM Governor, Michelle Lujan  Grisham, requesting they encourage Los Alamos County businesses to mandate the vaccines for employees or vaccination/negative testing for their patrons (link).

Sadly, on the evening of August 10, 2021, the Los Alamos County Council approved this approach for the local businesses.

So, it is now up to the local business owners to decide if they will require vaccinations for employees and patrons. Business Owners – before you make that decision, I ask that you do your research thoroughly!    I suggest you look somewhere other than the mainstream media – it is all lies. People around the world are protesting the vaccines – but you don’t see that on the mainstream media. They only report what THEY want you to hear. Let’s look at the facts regarding the vaccine.

COVID-19 Vaccine Facts:

  • The vaccines are still experimental.
  • They are currently being used on an “emergency” basis and are NOT FDA APPROVED.
  • The vaccines use a new technology and introduces into the body what is called a “spike protein” instead of the traditional (attenuated antigen) response of a traditional vaccine.  NO ONE knows the health implications of having this spike protein for years in the human body.
  • Vaccine safety requires proper animal trials and peer-reviewed data, NEITHER of which has occurred during Operation Warp Speed.
  • The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) has data associated with the COVID vaccines and reports thousands of deaths associated with them. The CDC reported from December 14, 2020 through July 19, 2021 they received 12,313 reports of death among people who received a COVID-19 vaccine. In addition, injuries associated with the COVID-19 vaccines as of July 9, 2021 total 551,172. Besides death, there are also many other adverse events such as chronic inflammation and thrombosis (clotting) in the neurological system, causing tremors, chronic lethargy, stroke, Bell’s Palsy, and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) type symptoms. It is important to note here that the VAERS database only captures between 1-10% of adverse events.  Consider for a moment what these numbers would be if all events are captured. No death or injury is acceptable when it comes to vaccines!
If you take that choice away from your employees and patrons – you are violating the Nuremberg Code, as well as the US Constitution.
THE NUREMBERG CODE applies here…

“1.  The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.  This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved, as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision.”

So, Business Owners – I suggest you consider the above when making your decision. This decision will not only impact your employees and patrons – but also the longevity of your business and livelihood.   Workers may refuse to come to work or quit to avoid the vaccines. Staffing issues already exist in the community. Recently, local businesses have had to close temporarily because of this exact scenario.

Ask yourself the following “Does anyone have the right to tell you what to do associated with your body and medical needs?” The answer is NO – therefore, you DO NOT have the right to mandate the vaccines for employees and patrons.

I personally will make it a point to shop/dine elsewhere if you choose to mandate vaccines for your employees and patrons. Other community members will do the same – your business will suffer as a result. Do not let the state or local government peer-pressure you into something that will kill our local economy and your business. So, I suggest you choose wisely business owners!
