This letter of thanks and gratitude is addressed to the staff of the Los Alamos Medical Center Emergency Room and Medical Surgery Floor.
Due to an accidental overdose of ibuprofen last week, I was admitted to the emergency room at LAMC for a bleeding duodenal ulcer. I can’t express enough thanks and gratefulness for the kind and professional treatment that I received by the very patient staff and management of the emergency room.
I was then transferred to the second floor medical surgery wing for further care. Again I was treated with the most respect and kindness that one could imagine. Every individual involved in the process took the time to get to know me by name and interact with me as if I was a member of their family.
Such kind folks deserve recognition for their efforts and bringing health and well being to individuals in their care. A special shout out to Dr. Bradley Rowberry for his immediate attention to my condition.
My first hand experience with the staff and management at Los Alamos Medical Center exceeds any expectations I could have had and I cannot thank those who dealt with me enough. You have my eternal gratitude.
