I have known Candidate Sharon Stover for 35 years.

I have known and worked for Sharon Stover as Los Alamos County’s Parks & Recreation interim director.

I have known Sharon Stover as assistant to the County Administer.

I have known Sharon Stover as she wisely – always watching expenditures – served for more than one term on the Los Alamos County Council.

I have known Sharon Stover as she contributed for many years on the YMCA Board and as she brought to Los Alamos the statewide LEADERSHIP program.

I have known Sharon Stover as she facilitated the successes of the nationally recognized LA County Board Youth Working for Youth (YWY), then ensuring it always had the budget to include all high schoolers who were interested in providing meaningful activities for their peers and for the benefit of our community.

I have known Sharon Stover as she worked to initiate and help establish our Juvenile Justice Advisory Board … Including and enabling our teens to become more familiar with our justice system.

Oh! … and have known the Sharon Stover who would turn up at almost every athletic event my kiddos were competing in, to cheer them and every other athlete on … to do their personal best.

I have known Sharon Stover as she visited every county in this great state of ours while sieving as the chair of the New Mexico Association of Counties.

I have always known and admired Sharon Stover as a can-do, intelligent, organized and insightful thinking and honourable asset, always working to make our community, our district, the “No better place” she ( and we) know it can be.

Sharon Stover is a self-effacing fighter of a lady … always one with unquestionable ethics … always able to be a ‘team-player’. Sharon Stover LISTENS!

Sharon Stover will be our District 43’s best Representative to the State Legislature!

Let’s let her prove it! – I know Sharon Stover will NOT DISAPPOINT!
