Sealed Bids for the construction of the Sierra Los Pinos Property Owners’ Association (SLPPOA) Water
System Co-Mingling Project, will be received by SLPPOA, at the La Cueva Volunteer Fire Department
Station 52, until 2:00 P.M. local time on March 2, 2022, at which time the Bids received will be publicly
opened and read.
The Project consists of constructing approximately 380 linear feet of 6” C-900 PVC waterline, installation of several 6” and 4” isolation valves, and a 6” fire hydrant assembly to hydraulically connect two existing potable water systems. Bids will be received from a single prime Contractor. Bids shall be on a unit price basis.
