Los Alamos County Long Range Water Plan
Sealed Responses submitted electronically through the County’s Procurement Portal, subject to the
conditions set forth in the solicitation documents, will be received until May 14, 2026, 2 p.m. Mountain Time
for this solicitation. Registering for a vendor account to the County’s Procurement Portal is free and
information and instructions to register to download solicitation documents and submit Responses through

A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on April 22, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time via
Microsoft Teams. Contact the Procurement Division point of contact (see contact information below) to
receive a link to participate in this conference. Instructions to log in to the conference can be found in the
solicitation documents.
