REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (“RFP”)
IFB NAME: Barranca Mesa 3 Subdivision Improvements Project
Sealed Bids in one (1) clearly labeled unbound original, four (4) bound paper copies and one (1) electronic version on a USB flash drive or CD-R, will be received at the Office of the Los Alamos County Purchasing Agent, 101 Camino Entrada, BLDG 3, Los Alamos, NM 87544 until 2:00 p.m. MT, Tuesday, July 14, 2020 for this solicitation.
There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting by phone on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at 10:00am. Call-in information will be included in the solicitation document.
Considering the current COVID-19 (corona virus) outbreak, until further notice, the following procedure is in effect: Bids may be submitted electronically by email in PDF format. All other requirements stated in the solicitation document remain in effect. No Proposal may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of proposals.
