A request for approval of a waiver from the required rear yard setbacks as set in the Los Alamos County Code of Ordinances, Chapter 16. If approved, the waiver will allow the construction of a deck to encroach approximately 10 feet into the rear yard setback. The plat, established at the time of the site plan approval, established the setbacks. The plat requires a 15-foot rear yard setback within a PD-3.5 Zone. The property is located at 1180 Los Pueblos in the Barranca Mesa 5 Subdivision, Lot 2.
