CASE NO. SUP-2022-0022. Ruth Scott, dba Doghouse LLC, is seeking Special Use Permit approval for a kennel facility to provide dog and cat daycare and overnight boarding at the site addressed as 134 A & B State Road 4. The proposed use is only for the building addressed as 134 A & B within Parcel WSC A001A2 and is within the White Rock Shopping Center Subdivision and zoned as “heavy commercial district” (C-3).
