1. Case No. REZ-2019-0013
Los Alamos County, property owner/applicant, is requesting amendment to the Los Alamos County Official Zoning Map to assign Tract F-2, created from public right-of-way, with a Public-Land zoning designation. The 0.39± acre property is vacant and best known as “the Lemon Lot”. The property is located at 695 Diamond Drive, Los Alamos County, New Mexico, and is within Western Area 1 Subdivision.
2. Case No. REZ-2021-0015
Los Alamos County, property owner/applicant, is requesting to rezone Tract DEA, Lot A-13-1, containing approximately 1.30± acres, previously Federal Land (F-L) to Mixed-Use (M-U). The property is located at 120 35th Street, Los Alamos County, New Mexico, and is within the Eastern Area 3 Subdivision.
3.Case No. ZCA-2021-0008 Text Amendment for Cannabis Cultivation, Manufacturing, and Retail Sales
Paul Andrus, on behalf of Los Alamos County Community Development Department, has submitted a Text Amendment application to amend Chapter 16 of Los Alamos County Code to add/amend/delete sections of Chapter 16 to adopt local regulations for cannabis cultivation, manufacturing, and retail sales in Los Alamos County. Proposed text amendments have been included in Ordinance 02-318. If the text amendment application is approved, text amendments would be incorporated through the adoption of Ordinance 02-318.
