The Family YMCA is offering free orientations to its new Y Express facility beginning at noon today.

One of the Y’s wellness coaches will introduce community members to the Functional Training room at the Y Express, discuss and demonstrate proper use of the functional training and cardio room machines and give attendees an opportunity to try out the equipment.

Anyone unable to attend a scheduled orientation may schedule an individual orientation.

These orientations are free to the public, Y membership is not required and there is no need to register. 

Several days and times are available:

• 3/29-noon;

• 3/29-5:30 p.m.;

• 4/2-12:30 p.m.;

• 4/2-5:30 p.m.;

• 4/3-2 p.m.;

• 4/4-12:30 p.m.;

• 4/5-4:30 p.m.; and

• 4/9-5:30 p.m.
