Leadership New Mexico Accepting Nominations For 2019 Distinguished Leadership And Alumnus Awards

LNM News:

Leadership New Mexico is now accepting nominations for its 2019 Distinguished Leadership and Distinguished Alumnus Awards.

The Distinguished Leadership Award and the Distinguished Alumnus Award recognize individuals who have used their leadership skills to improve the quality of life in New Mexico. Award recipients will be honored at the 2019 Annual Dinner Friday, May 10, 2019 at Sandia Resort & Casino.

Established in 2003, the two awards seek to recognize individuals with demonstrated exceptional leadership that has resulted in a significant positive impact on the economy and quality of life at the local and state level. The recipient must have demonstrated dynamic leadership in multiple settings, and have achieved extraordinary success in the goals he or she has set out to accomplish.

The Distinguished Alumnus Award specifically recognizes a Leadership New Mexico graduate; however, the Distinguished Leadership Award is open to all resident New Mexico leaders. Nominations for either award must be made by a Leadership New Mexico graduate.

Past recipients of either award can be found on the Leadership New Mexico website. In 2018, Leadership New Mexico honored Paul DiPaola, New Mexico regional president of U.S. Bank, and Phil Bryson, president and owner of On the Edge Productions. Both individuals were recognized for their outstanding leadership and dedication to the state of New Mexico.

The 2019 Leadership New Mexico Annual Dinner and awards ceremony is Friday, May 10, 2019 at Sandia Resort & Casino. Registration forms for sponsorship opportunities and dinner tickets are available online at www.leadershipnm.org/annual-dinner-golf-tournament or by calling 505.398.1500.
