Leadership Los Alamos Participants Learn About LANL Economic Development Impact

The 2019 Leadership Los Alamos class recently held its Economic Development Session where they heard presentations from LANL Associate Directors about LANL’s economic impact. At the table is LeAnne Stribley, LANL Associate Director for Business Management and Kathye Segala, Associate Director for Capital Projects. The session was chaired by LANB Market President Liddie Martinez. Throughout the day the class heard from Blue Window Bistro owner Melissa Patternoster, County Manager Harry Burgess, Economic Developmment Administrator Joanie Ahlers, Public Works Director Philo Shelton, Housing and Special Projects Manager Paul Andrus, Quality New Mexico Judge’s Panel Member Lee Butler, and Community and Marketing Manager Burgandy Brock. The class experienced transportation with Atomic City Transit and toured the New Mexico Consortium.  Applications for the next Leadership Los Alamos class will be available later in the spring.
