Alumni Donna Casados

How many years have you lived and/or worked in Los Alamos?

I do not live in Los Alamos, but I have worked for LA County for 3 years, but also in previous jobs worked in LA for 14 years.

Why did you enroll in LLA?

I thought it would be a good opportunity to network with others and enhance my leadership skills for my current role

What was your biggest “take away” from the class?

I felt the relationships that were created were the biggest take away for me.

What are you doing with what you learned?

I have a better understanding of myself, but also I am reaching out and networking a lot more.
