LAVNS Celebrates New Location With Ribbon Cutting

Los Alamos Visiting Nurse Services (LAVNS) staff, Chamber and  County officials and community members gather for a ribbon cutting ceremony Tuesday afternoon at LAVNS’ new location at 109 Central Park Square. LAVNS moved into its new office in August. ‘We’re very excited about our new space. It increases our visibility and it’s sort of like a homecoming for us,’ Board President Rick Reiss said. Reiss said six years ago, LAVNS was located a few doors down from its current space. He added that the new location is near many of LAVNS providers including Nambe Drugs, Gateway Medical Care and Allergy Partners of New Mexico. Courtesy photo
