LAPS Foundation News:
Next month, as students and teachers return to school facilities to finish out this unusual school year, the LAPS Foundation is sponsoring a campaign to shower teachers with appreciation for all they have done this year to help their students.
We are inviting the community of Los Alamos to join us in saying “Thank you!” to the staff at LAPS.
What can you do? Beginning April 5, go to https://showers.givesmart.com to donate towards teacher wish list items. Let’s show them we care by donating so they can get items they need to help students learn. Besides teacher wish list items, you will also be able to vote for your favorite schools and give to support school-wide projects. We are calling all parents of students, community members, alumni of LAPS—education matters to everyone! Let’s make April Showers a bright spot in a challenging year.
