LAPD Seeks Information About Two Canines That Killed Small Dog On Acoma Lane

LAPD News:

The Los Alamos Police Department is requesting assistance in identifying and locating two dogs that recently attacked and killed a smaller dog at a residence on Acoma Lane.

A witness observed the two large dogs, one brown and the other black, enter the yard where a smaller dog was standing at about 12:15 p.m. Wednesday, March 19. The two large dogs killed the smaller dog and left the area. The witness didn’t know the breeds of the dogs in question. Los Alamos police and animal control officers searched the area to locate the dogs but were unsuccessful.

Anyone who knows the location or owners of these dogs should contact the Los Alamos Police Department immediately at 505.662.8222. Police urge citizens to use caution as it is unknown whether these dogs could be aggressive toward humans.
