LAPD News:

The Los Alamos Police Department (LAPD) is alerting the public that there is a large black bear in the area of Pruitt Avenue in White Rock.

Residents are being encouraged to be aware and bring pets inside if possible and refrain from letting small children play outside alone.

The public is asked to call LAPD Dispatch at 505.662.8222, if seeing any concerns in the area.
