LAPD Dispatcher Ulises Nieto Graduates Academy’s Telecommunication Course

LAPD News:

The Los Alamos Police Department is proud to announce that Dispatcher Ulises Gabriel Nieto graduated April 18 from the New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy Telecommunication Course.

Dispatcher Nieto has been employed with the Los Alamos Police Department for one year and continues to be a great asset to the department. Nieto will be assigned to a shift and begin working in the Communications Center at the Los Alamos Police Station assisting with the needs of the local community.

“The role of dispatcher is critical to the successful missions of both police and fire,” Chief Sgambellone said. “It is a difficult and challenging position. Having dispatchers such as Dispatcher Nieto is a great asset to public safety in our community.”
