LAPD News:
 
The Los Alamos Police Department announces the following activities as aprt of Police Appreciation Week May 13-17:
  • Peace Officer Memorial Service 9-9:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 14 at LAPD;
  • Thin Blue Tape Event to follow, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at LAPD. The community is invited to drive by LAPD to receive a Thin Blue Line of tape on the back window of their vehicle. Sponsored by the LAPD Law Enforcement Wives; and
  • NM Special Olympics T-shirts, license plates and pins also will be on sale. Proceeds will go to NM Special Olympics.
