Monie Hardwick Blum
SANTA FE – Los Alamos National Bank (LANB) has recently promoted Monie Hardwick Blum to the position of Senior Vice President, Branch Operations.
Blum has 33 years of banking experience and has been an employee of LANB for the last 19 years with an extensive resume that includes time spent in several areas including; Branch Operations, Human Resources, Consumer Lending and Mortgage Lending.
“LANB is fortunate to have Monie as part of our Senior Team,” COO Tim Doyle said. “Her extensive knowledge and expertise in various areas of banking and her great rapport with our customers has been a true asset to the organization.“
In her new position, Blum will oversee six Branches in Los Alamos, White Rock, Santa Fe and Albuquerque.
“Our offices provide big bank products and services while delivering the customer service of a community bank,” Blum said. “I love that our employees know our customers by name and personalize service to meet their needs.”
Wanting to give back to her community, Blum has served on a number of non-profit boards including Santa Fe Habitat for Humanity, Cornerstones Community Partnerships, the New Mexico Mortgage Lender’s Association and Los Alamos Housing Partnership.
Blum was born and raised in Los Alamos, where she raised her family. She and her husband relocated to Santa Fe seven years ago. In her down time, she enjoys skiing, hiking, traveling, skydiving and spending time with family and friends.
