LAHS Eco Club Hosts Climate Strike Event At Pond Thursday

LAHS News:

In an effort to spread awareness about the necessity of political action for climate change, the Eco Club at Los Alamos High School is taking part in Climate Strike 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 7 at Ashley Pond Park.

Climate Strike is an international movement that was started by activist Greta Thunberg.

The Eco Club is participating to show its dedication and concern for the situation surrounding current inaction in the national and state government and the urgent need for transition away from fossil fuels.
