LAAC News:

The Los Alamos Arts Council (LAAC) will host a concert featuring Tjett Gerdom, Jennifer Perez and Natasha Stojanovska Sept. 19 at Fuller Lodge.

In addition to a night of beautiful music, there will be a catered cocktail hour and silent auction. The silent auction proceeds will be used to support the arts council’s cultural programs.

These cultural programs include the upcoming month of Arts and Culture, in conjunction with MainStreet and Los Alamos Creative District. The programs begin Sept. 30 and culminate with the annual Pumpkin Glow. Additionally, the arts council’s cultural programs department uses funds raised at events like the Sept. 19 concert to support ongoing monthly concerts, the annual Kite Festival and other historically beloved arts council events.

In order to maintain the cultural programming to the levels of excellence that this community has come to expect, the arts council is hopeful for a large turnout of support at this particular event.

Support can be as easy as purchasing tickets, becoming a sponsor for the event and donating items to be auctioned off.
