Los Alamos Arts Council’s upcoming events for June:

WEDNESDAY, June 6

Brown Bag

LAAC’s Brown Bag Performance series will conclude for the season with the Albuquerque and Four Corners Pipes and Drums in a spectacular concert of European bagpipe and drum music, accompanied by traditional Highland dance. Program is free and starts at noon in Fuller Lodge.

WEDNESDAY, June 20

LAAC Evening Concert

LAAC’s Evening Concerts series will present the Taos Opera Institute’s group, “Cantos,” in a concert of romantic opera works performed by professionally-trained young opera singers. Music of Donizetti and Puccini will be featured. The concert begins at 7 p.m. at Fuller Lodge and admission is free.
