COURT News:
Krista Wilhelm, 33, of Los Alamos will remain in Los Alamos County Detention Center until June 13, 2019, following her Feb. 20 admission to violating her probation.
Los Alamos Magistrate Court Judge Pat Casados granted her supervised probation in December in three prior cases, however new charges were filed against Wilhelm Feb. 1 and again Feb. 12.
Los Alamos Police Det. Ryan Wolking filed a criminal complaint Feb. 1 charging Wilhelm with possession of drug paraphernalia consisting of a dirty cotton, which field-tested positive for heroin, two glass methamphetamine pipes, a razor blade and two rubber bands. Wilhelm was arrested Feb. 7 due to the new charge, which violated the terms of her probation.
Feb. 12, Wolking filed one count of possession, delivery or manufacture of drug paraphernalia, one count of forgery and two counts of conspiracy to commit forgery.
A pre-trial hearing is scheduled for March 23 on the Feb. 1 charges and a preliminary hearing is set for the same day on the Feb. 12 charges.
