Katie Gattiker Top Predictor in This Week’s Pace Race

Katie Gattiker was the top predictor at seven seconds off her predicted time in this week’s Atomic City Runners pace race at East Park.
 
She was followed by Ryan Smeltzer with a nine second differential. Ted Romero was 19 seconds off and was also the top three mile finisher at 21:19. Jackie Peckham had a 27 second difference.
 
Patricia Burnside was the first one mile participant at 8:21 and Jason Waterbury was the top male with a time of 11:13. Paulina Burnside finished as the best female in the three mile distance at 26:07.
 
Next week’s event begins at 6 p.m. Tuesday and will be the “Powerline Run” trail run starting off N.M. 4 approximately three miles west of the N.M. 4/Pajarito Road junction headed toward Bandelier National Monument out of White Rock.
