JJAB News:
Thanks to the generosity of community businesses and individuals, the Los Alamos Juvenile Justice Advisory Board (JJAB) had a successful summer fundraiser during which $3,750 was raised.
The money was used to support the Los Alamos Public Schools and students. In the last two weeks, JJAB has worked with the elementary, middle and high schools to identify student and school supply needs. Once determined, JJAB purchased the supplies and has been delivering them directly to the schools.
JJAB would like to thank the following organizations and individuals for their generous donations:
  • Unitarian Church of Los Alamos;
  • Zia Credit Union;
  • Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish – Christian Concern Committee;
  • Los Alamos Public Schools Credit Union;
  • Xi Nu Chapter – Beta Sigma Phi;
  • Nambe Drugs;
  • Los Alamos Children’s Clinic;
  • Los Alamos Children’s Dentistry;
  • Central Park Square, LLC; and,
  • Los Alamos Medical Center (LAMC).
Los Alamos JJAB wishes all students and school staff members a successful school year.
